We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out.
Here's everything you need to know to return your purchase:
Our Standard Return Window

You have up to 14 days after delivery to return your item back to us.
Condition of Returned Items

To receive a full refund, your items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received with all original tags attached.

All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned damaged, worn, washed, used, or in unsuitable condition, we won't be able to process a refund.
Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene Reasons)
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Bottles

Socks can only be returned if they are still sealed in their original, unopened packaging.
